Each digital Achievement Badge is interactive and will tell you what items are missing and preventing you from earning the badge.
Find the Achievements link on your Course Menu. It looks like this:

Click the three parallel horizontal lines, shown above, to get badge requirement information. Green check marks will appear left of each requirement.
Once you earn all the badges and the course completion achievement, access and save your certificate. Click the printer icon in the Trophy achievement block. See these helpful images.

New DU students: Your Blackboard Username is constructed like this: firstname.lastname. The password is in lowercase with first two letters of your first name followed by your DU student id# for the password.
Example: student named John Doe with DU student id# of 123456
Username will be John.Doe with password of jo123456

All DU Students must earn their BbL Onboarding and Student Readiness for eLearning certificate, which is valid for your entire career at Dillard University.
Most new students have already been enrolled. All student can self enroll in the course using the Course Search Tool. Type in Keyword 'readiness.'
